This is the only Dome we at Boundary Surveillance Limited install. It is possibly one of the best quality domes to be purchased in the UK to date from our experience. The BSL Fastrax SDEDN480 high speed dome is the integration of a digital camera, zoom lens, variable high speed pan/tilt mechanism and multi-protocol receiver. Its high quality Integrated Optics Package (IOP) camera and impressive features truly make it a world leader. The IOP camera is a genuine Sony module and incorporates their well renowned Ex-View CCD, offering a high resolution colour/mono solution with mechanical IR cut filter and 18X optical zoom. The pan/tilt mechanism is noted for its high acceleration and smooth, steady motion achieving speeds of up to 400 degrees/sec and an auto flip function for uninterrupted joystick control. Additional features include presets, tours, patterns, alarm inputs/outputs and dynamic privacy zone masking. The complete dome itself with a mechanical/electrical 'quick fix' system ensuring installation and servicing is fast and easy. The optional internal/external dome enclosure is both attractive and modern looking with a toughened tinted bubble (optional clear bubble also available). Environmentally sealed to a rating of IP65 it includes a heater and blower kit together with pendant/wall mount brackets as standard. Additional assembly accessories include corner mount and swan neck brackets.

Control of the dome is achieved via the Visage SDJKBD (a 3-axis joystick controller with integral 4" TFT monitor) through a twisted pair RS-485 daisy chain connection. Third party dome control (Pelco P, Pelco D, Sensormatic) is also supported by the built-in receiver.
